Summary: This inn is always clean and comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly at check-in and helped us upgrade our room. The breakfast is one of the main reasons to stay, it’s free, it’s delicious, the views in the dining area are awesome, did I mention it’s free?

Summary: This was mine and my husband’s 22nd wedding anniversary celebration and the first time we had been anywhere without our children since they were born. We have stayed at The Inn on the River many times before and they never disappoint. We always request a room with balcony on the riverside. The free delicious continental breakfast is always a blessing because it saves a lot of money we would otherwise have to spend eating out. It is always relaxing to sit out on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese in the river. The room is always very clean and comfortable. A refrigerator and microwave is provided for our convenience. We enjoyed getting in the whirlpool and the indoor pool. There is also a nice outdoor pool but due to health issues I am not supposed to be in the sun if at all possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Inn on the River and we are already making plans to return again next year. I would highly recommend The Inn on the River to my friends and family.

Summary: We had such a great experience at Inn on the River in Pigeon Forge! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—they were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The entire property was spotless, and our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect—right in the center of Pigeon Forge—so we were close to all the attractions, shopping, and dining without having to drive far. The breakfast had a lot of variety, so there was something for everyone, though the flavors were just okay. The only other small thing we noticed was that the hot tub could have been warmer. Neither of these things took away from our stay, though, because everything else was so well done. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area!

Summary: From check -in to departure, it couldn’t have been any better! The staff is soo friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, convenient location and evening popcorn! Who could ask for more? The breakfast buffet was exceptional! Sausage / Eggs / biscuits & gravy along potato’s! They also have: Waffles / fruit / Yogurt along with danishes. When you stay, get a room with a balcony and the river view. So relaxing! Also, PUCKETTs restaurant ( try the meatloaf!!) and the Christmas store are next door. You don’t want stay anywhere else!!

Summary: The bed is VERY noisy with each toss or turn. The air conditioner is also very loud. Room is very small. Bathroom small too but is clean. Must use dresser drawers or you'll need to keep some bags or luggage on the small table with a group of 4. Not enough outlets!
